The basic building parameters we consider
Building width: Regardless of which primary framework system is used, the width of a building is defined as the distance from the outside of the eaves pillars Side wall. The width of a building does not include the width of sloping buildings or roof extensions.
Building length: The longitudinal length of the building measured outward from the end wall steel wire
Building height: The height of a building is the height of the eaves, usually the distance from the bottom of the main frame column base to the top external point of the eaves pillar. When the pillar is recessed or raised from the finished floor, the eaves height refers to Complete the floor level to the top of the eaves pillar.
Roof slope (x/10): This is the angle of the roof relative to the horizontal plane. The most common roof slopes are 0.5/10 and 1/10. Any actual roof slope is possible.
End bracket length: The distance from the outer edge of the outer flange of the end wall column to the centerline of the first internal frame column.
Internal bracket length: The distance between the centerlines of two adjacent internal main frame columns. The most common bracket lengths are 6m, 7.5m, and 9m.
Design load: Design of snow load, earthquake load, and ancillary load. Crane load or any other loading conditions, if required, must be specified during the inquiry.
Quotation information:
If you are interested in our products, please let us know your requirements for the steel structure project.
1: Location: Which country and region is the building located in.
2: Dimensions: Length * Width * Height
3: Wind load: maximum wind speed (kn/m2, km/h, m/s)
4: Snow load (if applicable): maximum snow height (kn/m2, mm)
5: Single layer steel plate mast or sandwich panel mast Do you need insulation materials? If so, it is recommended to use EPS, fiberglass wool, rock wool, and PU sandwich panels. If not, metal steel plates will be very affordable.
6: Seismic grade?
7: Do we need brick walls or not? If so, 1.2 meters high or 1.5 meters high
8: The Q value (unit) and size (width * height) of doors and windows.
9: Do you need a crane or not? If so, it is the quantity (unit), maximum lifting weight (ton), and maximum lifting height (meter).
