Large Span Galvanized Steel Frame Warehouse For Factory Storage
This prefabricated steel structure warehouse, also known as PEB warehouse, is a cost-effective industrial building solution designed for storage, logistics centers, factory workshops, agricultural storage, commercial stockrooms and distribution hubs. The whole building adopts standard pre-engineered light steel frame system, all steel components are manufactured and pre-processed in factory, then transported to project site for quick assembly, greatly cutting down construction period and labor cost compared with traditional concrete buildings.
Main Structural ComponentsPrimary load-bearing system consists of hot dip galvanized H-section steel columns and beams. Raw material adopts Q235B/Q355B steel, with sand blasting anti-rust treatment and two layers of anti-corrosion paint or full galvanization to resist rust, rain, snow and coastal salt fog erosion. The frame supports large span design without intermediate columns, maximizing internal usable space.
2. Secondary Steel Components
Including C purlins, Z purlins, angle bracing, tie rods, anchor bolts and wall beams. All secondary steel parts are galvanized for long service life, forming stable lateral support system to resist wind load and snow load.
3. Wall & Roof Cladding
Optional single color steel corrugated sheets for low-budget projects; 50mm/75mm/100mm PU/EPS/Rock wool sandwich panels for thermal insulation, heat preservation and fire prevention. Waterproof gutters, downpipes and ridge caps are equipped to prevent water leakage in rainy seasons.
