Steel structure industrial buildings are widely used in industrial production, warehousing and logistics, etc. These buildings are mainly constructed with steel as the core structural material. They consist of components such as steel columns, steel beams, and steel trusses to form the load-bearing framework, along with cladding materials like color steel plates and sandwich panels.
The large-span design does not require excessive support from columns, making it convenient for the installation of large equipment, cargo handling, and vehicle passage.
Whether it is a mechanical manufacturing workshop accommodating heavy machinery, a logistics warehouse achieving high-shelf storage, or an aviation hangar for aircraft parking, they can efficiently meet the usage needs and provide a solid spatial carrier for industrial production and operation.
Product construction
Component composition: The framework is composed of steel columns, steel beams, and steel trusses. The roof and walls are made of lightweight enclosure materials (such as color steel sandwich panels). Most of the steel columns are H-shaped or box-shaped, providing vertical load-bearing capacity; steel beams are connected by welding or bolts, forming a horizontal load-bearing system, and trusses enhance the structural stability under large spans.
Industrialized construction: More than 90% of the components are prefabricated in factories, precisely cut, welded, and treated for corrosion prevention before being transported to the site. On-site construction mainly adopts "assemblage" methods, using high-strength bolts to connect steel components, significantly shortening the construction period. For example, a factory building of 10,000 square meters, from foundation to topping out, only takes 1-2 months, much faster than traditional concrete buildings.
Adaptive design: The foundation design is flexible. Independent foundations or pile foundations can be selected based on geological conditions. The structure has strong scalability, and adding floors or modifying spaces only requires adjusting the connections of steel components, meeting the needs of enterprises' capacity expansion and functional iteration.
