Overall Structure
The steel structure chicken house adopts a light frame steel structure design to ensure the stability and safety of the house.This structure is engineered to withstand significant snow and wind loads, capable of withstanding up to 0.15kn/m2 of snow and 240km/h of wind. The entire frame is treated with hot-dip galvanization, with a maximum galvanization amount of 600g/m2, providing excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring a long service life of 30 years. The overall design is not only scientific and reasonable but also fully considers the essential needs of ventilation, lighting, and heat preservation.
Wall and Roof
Wall & Roof Panel: Color steel sheet or good quality heat-insulated sandwich panel is used, which can effectively maintain a stable temperature inside the chicken house.
Internal Layout
1. Capacity: Our chicken house is designed to accommodate a considerable number of caged laying hens and free-range broilers. The specific capacity can be customized based on your requirements. We will take into account the arrangement of internal equipment during the design process to ensure a perfect match between the chickens and the facilities. 2. Width of aisles: The width of the main aisle is not less than 1 meter to facilitate the passage of personnel and equipment; the width of the secondary aisle is not less than 0.8 meters.

Ventilation System
Ventilation openings: Ventilation openings are set on both sidewalls of the chicken house to ensure air circulation. The ventilation system consists of three parts. Fans are installed on the rear gable wall, wet curtains are placed on both side longitudinal walls and the front gable wall, and ventilation windows are located on both side longitudinal walls. Fully Closed Chicken House
Fully closed wall design, throughout the year, using mechanical negative pressure ventilation and other environmental facilities to control the temperature&humidity of the house closing to the standard,It is mostly used for automatic feeding and automatic manure removal raising way, which is suitable for the mass production of chickens.
Semi-Open Wall Chicken House
The wall is using wire mesh,cooperating with PVC curtails. And the curtains can roll up and down based on the weather. In this way, natural venilation or negative pressure ventilation are both working in different seasons
Open Wall Chicken House
The Wall is only using wire mesh just avoiding chickens walking out. All the year round, the house is working by natural ventilation only, no exhaust fans and no cooling pads etc. Such chicken house is suitable for all year around with comfortable weather countries.
