Product Description

A spiral pile is a tubular structure made of high-strength steel, with spiral blades welded on its surface. It is inserted into the ground through specialized equipment, replacing traditional concrete foundations. Spiral pile is a new type of pile foundation material made of high strength steel, which is usually treated by hot galvanized surface. It is composed of bit, drill pipe, spiral blade and connecting pipe.   

The top of the pile is connected to the load. Its working principle is similar to that of a screw, where the pile body is screwed into the soil by rotating, and the friction force and embedding force between the spiral blades and the soil provide the supporting force.

The main components of the spiral pile structure include:

The pipe body: usually made of high-strength steel, with good load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. 

The spiral blades: welded to the outer wall of the pipe body, used to increase the friction with the soil, and improve the uplift resistance and stability of the pile body. The connection flange: used to connect the pile body and the upper structure, facilitating installation and disassembly.
