Specifications and parameters

Suitable for small pile diameters (e.g. 300 - 400mm or so):

 

There are corresponding standards for parameters such as pile edge length (or associated size), such as pile side length of 300mm, part of the cross-shaped steel pile tip structure size (mm): B (pile edge length) 300, B1 (related adaptation size) 270, H (height, etc.) 125 - 140, t1 (steel plate thickness, etc.) 12, t2 (associated thickness) 18, a (local size) 25, h (detail size) 10. 

 

The pile diameter of 400mm pipe pile is adapted, such as the corresponding parameters of the pile side length, the thickness of the steel plate, etc., different manufacturers or standards will fine-tune, and some cross pile tip sizes around the pile diameter to ensure that the end of the pipe pile is matched and the force is reasonable.

 

Suitable for medium pile diameter (about 500 - 600mm pipe pile): Taking the pile edge length of 500mm as an example, the construction size (mm) may be B 500, B1 470, H 125 - 150, t1 15, t2 18, A 30, h 12.

 

 When the pile diameter is 600mm, the size parameter increases with the pile diameter, and the thickness of the steel plate and the extension size of each part are also adjusted accordingly to ensure stable force transmission and penetration of the soil layer in the pile sinking.

 

Suitable for large pile diameter (700mm and above pipe pile): If the pile edge length is 700mm, the structural size (mm) may be B 700, B1 670, H 125 - 150, t1 18, t2 18, a 30, h 14, the thickness of the steel plate and other parameters are increased, the pile tip strength is enhanced, and the load and geological resistance of the large pile diameter construction are coped.
