We have jointly developed new materials such as high-strength weathering steel and lightweight high-strength steel with domestic steel mills. The yield strength of our products can reach the Q460-Q690 grade, which is over 50% higher than that of conventional steel. Meanwhile, the new materials boast better corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, making them suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas, high-temperature and high-humidity regions, and extending the service life of structures.
2. Intelligent R&D, Precision Design
We have introduced the BIM digital design system and finite element analysis software to realize parametric design and simulation of steel structure products. It enables us to predict structural stress states and construction difficulties in advance, optimize design schemes, reduce material waste, and improve the matching accuracy between products and projects, especially suitable for the R&D and design of complex special-shaped structures.

We have built a full-process digital production workshop equipped with intelligent cutting robots, laser welding equipment, automated shot blasting and derusting lines, 3D scanning and testing equipment, etc., realizing full automation of component production from cutting, welding to testing. Through the real-time production data traceability system, we ensure that the quality of each product is traceable and controllable, with the product qualification rate reaching 100%.

We implement the green concept throughout the full life cycle of products: eco-friendly processes are adopted in the production process to reduce dust and noise pollution; steel can be 100% recycled and reused without construction waste generated; prefabricated products greatly reduce on-site construction energy consumption, conforming to the national "dual carbon" strategy and helping projects obtain green building certification.
Ⅳ. Applications
A precision manufacturing workshop for semiconductors: We provided a customized low-deformation steel structure kit with a component installation accuracy of 0.8mm, which effectively ensured the operational stability of precision equipment. The project was awarded the title of Provincial-level Green Factory Demonstration Project.
A municipal cultural and art center: We built a special-shaped curved-surface reticulated shell steel structure with a maximum span of 180 meters. Boasting a unique design and Grade 8 seismic fortification intensity, it has become a new cultural landmark of the city and won the Steel Structure Gold Award.
A prefabricated indemnificatory housing project: We supplied a full set of prefabricated residential steel structure components. The on-site assembly period was only 45 days, shortening the construction period by 65% compared with traditional buildings, and achieving the construction goals of "green, efficient and low-cost".
