2. Core Material: High-Strength Q355B Steel

Q355B steel is the core material of this pre-engineered steel building, which is far superior to ordinary steel in mechanical properties and applicability, and fully meets international and national standards (GB 50017-2003, ISO standards), making it the preferred material for high-demand steel structure projects:

  • Excellent Mechanical Properties: The yield strength reaches ≥355MPa, and the tensile strength is 470-630MPa, with high toughness and uniform material properties, which can bear large loads and resist deformation, effectively ensuring the structural stability of large-span buildings.
  • Strong Adaptability: It has good cold resistance (can be used normally at -20℃) and weldability, and can be processed into various structural components (I-beams, C-section steel, Z-section steel, etc.) according to design requirements, adapting to different architectural shapes and functional needs.

3. Core Feature 1: Large-Span Design

Based on the excellent performance of Q355B steel, the product adopts scientific structural design, breaking the space limitation of traditional buildings, and is especially suitable for scenarios requiring large open space, with the following advantages:

  • Super Large Span Capacity: The span can be customized from 15m to 80m (even larger span can be realized by truss design), without middle columns, maximizing the utilization of internal space, which is ideal for large-scale warehouses, production workshops, logistics centers, stadiums and other venues.
  • Stable & Safe Structure: The primary framing structure is composed of welded I-beams (tapered according to load distribution) and bolted connections, with excellent seismic and wind resistance performance — it can withstand seismic fortification intensity of 7-9 degrees (complying with ISO 16670) and wind speed up to 25m/s, ensuring structural safety even in harsh environments.
  • Flexible Space Layout: Without middle load-bearing columns, the internal space can be freely divided and adjusted according to actual needs (such as production areas, storage areas, office areas), adapting to the upgrading and transformation of different industries and process adjustments.

4. Core Feature 2: Advanced Anti-Corrosion Protection

Aiming at the problem of steel structure corrosion (which affects service life and safety), we adopt a three-in-one advanced anti-corrosion system, combining factory pre-treatment and on-site protection, to ensure long-term durability of the building, complying with ISO 12944 and GB/T 15957 standards:

  • Pre-treatment: All steel components are subjected to shot blasting derusting to Sa2.5 level (surface roughness 40-75μm) in the factory, removing oil, rust and oxide scale, laying a solid foundation for anti-corrosion coating.
  • Core Coating System: Adopt "epoxy zinc-rich primer + epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint + fluorocarbon/polyurethane topcoat" system — zinc-rich primer (zinc content ≥80%) forms the first anti-corrosion barrier, intermediate paint increases coating thickness and shielding performance, and topcoat provides excellent weather resistance and decoration, effectively resisting acid rain, salt fog, industrial pollution and ultraviolet radiation.
  • Optional Reinforced Protection: For harsh environments (coastal areas, chemical industrial zones), hot-dip galvanizing treatment can be added, which further improves corrosion resistance, making the service life of the building reach 50-100 years, and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
  • Strict Quality Inspection: After coating, each component is tested for film thickness (complying with "90-10" rule), adhesion and appearance, ensuring no missing coating, sagging or pinholes, and the anti-corrosion effect is stable and reliable.
