Product Presentation
Container-style houses are built with containers as the basic modules. In terms of appearance, they have large areas of glass windows, providing good lighting. Some exterior surfaces are decorated with imitation wood panels, combining beauty and texture. In terms of structure, they have a sturdy steel frame and good overall sealing. These houses are usually prefabricated in factories and transported and lifted to the designated location using equipment such as cranes. They can be used individually or combined and spliced together as needed.
Work Progress
Factory prefabrication: The main structure of the container house is completed in the factory, including steel frame welding, wall installation (including doors, windows, and decorative panels), and initial interior decoration (such as wall treatment), making it capable of basic usage functions.
Transport and allocation: Use flatbed trucks to transport the prefabricated container houses to the project site. The placement location is determined according to the site planning.
Lifting and positioning: With the help of a crane, the container house is fixed with a sling and lifted to be precisely placed on the predetermined foundation (such as hardened ground, piers, etc.), and the levelness and position are adjusted.
Final inspection and debugging: Check if the lifting connections are stable, debug the doors, circuits, etc., to ensure the house can be used normally. If it is a modular type, it is also necessary to complete the splicing and connection processing of multiple boxes.
