3. Materials Checking
  • Check the material list according to the Construction Detail, and then check objects according to the list, to avoid affecting installation schedule because of lacking components
  • Check materials, the damaged or deformed should be rectified and repaired, and clashing painting parts should be made up
  • Check qualified material quality certifications, English and Chinese signs, inspection reports and re-inspection reports
4. Preparation of Construction
  • Construction site should be flat and roads, water, electricity, storages and communications should be clear on the scene
  • The construction site should have: office, rest, life, production, storage and other temporary housing
5. Foundation Buried Bolts Test
  • Use the theodolite and steel ruler to fix the base point, on which vertical and horizontal axis should be drawn. Then check anchor bolts according to the axis, and allowable deviation of the anchor bolts should be within 2MM
  • Use the level instrument to take level of anchor bolts, allowable height/level deviation of the anchor bolts should be within 5MM
  • The axis, height/level, deviation of the anchor bolts should be reported when they exceed the allowable norms. The responsible party should rectify the deviation according to the program performed by building and supervising teams

Steel Column Installation
1. Preparation
  • Check up components and drilled holes of steel columns correctly
  • Use theodolites to adjust level of the anchor bolts to ±0.00
  • Use forklift to transport steel columns to position for the convenient purpose of lifting by crane
  • Draw axises around the column or position paralleled to the axis
  • Roll iron sheet into a cylinder and set into the anchor bolt to prevent damage screws when steel column falling down
2. Hoisting
  • Hoisting should be started from axis between steel columns
  • Because of vertical hoisting installation, colligation point of column should be at the position of 2/3 of total length
  • A hemp rope should be tied to the bottom side to prevent the column over-swing in the process of lifting
  • When steel lifted off at about 200mm above the ground, rigging and crane should be checked and confirmed safety, then the hoisting can be continued
  • When steel column is lifted at 20-50mm above the anchor bolts, two feet catch the steel column to make the hole on the base anchor collimate the bolt rod while constructing the crane to lift down slowly and adjust the position continually to make the axis on steel column in accordance with the axis on the base. When both axies are fit, install inner plate to tighten the anchor bolt
  • Remove hook after strengthening the steel column temporarily by using cable wind rope
  • Hoist second column followed the above methods, removing hook after installing supports and tie bar between columns
  • Hoist other columns one by one in the same way, meanwhile, installing the supports between columns and tie bars, then two purlines can be installed on the gable as supports
3. Calibrating Columns
  • At the time of hoisting the second column, placing two theodolites separately to both axises of the first installed steel column to examine the verticality of the steel column (allowable deviation of verticality of the steel column is within 5mm). Adjust nuts to make the verticality of the steel column to the required standard when the deviation exceeds
  • Calibrate other columns in the same way
  • Retest the steel column after installation of the supports and tie bars, and adjust the steel column to meet the requirement

Sandwich Panel Installation
Installation Process
  • Measure and check up the length of sandwich panel on the spot. Correct the panel accordingly
  • Hoist the wallboard to roof-truss, each room to place six or seven together alternately
  • In accordance with the board's width, measure 10 pieces and make tags to check for the accuracy of the installation plate
  • Fix both ends of the plate to the purlin with fasteners, and measure the size
  • In each panel fastener in accordance with the determination of the location marked with a pencil so that the installation of solid pieces
  • Fix both ends of each plate with fasteners. For each 10 plates installed, check the installation quality according to the beginning mark. The unqualified should be adjusted. When adjusting the location of sandwich panels to meet the requirement, fixe both ends with fasteners, and then install other solid pieces
  • When tightening self-tapping screws, should pay attention to tighten moderately, when the tightening gasket over time can turn send, or squeeze broken, even the sandwich squeezed concave and water seepage, causing water seepage problems, when tightening is not in place, seals reach the water effects and produce active phenomena in sandwich under pressure
  • The roof panel needs to be lapped for its length. The board joints should be under the purlin, the overlap length of the board is 350mm, sealed with two tapes and fixed with rivets
  • After installation check up all the fastening points, the wrong place with fastening drill and pull rivets should be sealed with waterproof glue
  • The intersection of the two roof panels should be filled with glass sleaves before installation
  • Awning installation: awning beam downwardly oblique, with blades according to the size required to install fixed roof carved into the hole
Installation Requirements
  • The horizontal, vertical sandwich panel, and self-tapping screws should be in a line
  • Allowable deviation of parallel degree between roof cornices and roof is 4mm
  • Allowable deviation of verticality of door and window is 3mm
  • Allowable deviation of mismatch between two adjacent roof panels is 5mm
  • Allowable vertical deviation of panel is 20mm, and allowable vertical deviation of the wall plate is 5mm
